Jeff K. Cummings, 59, of Spiceland, went to be with the Lord, while surrounded by his family on Tuesday, January 22, 2019. A patient at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, he fought a good fight, he kept the faith, he finished the course. Born November 29, 1959, he was the son of Kenneth and Donna (Vitatoe) Cummings.

He had served as Sunday School teacher at Calvary Baptist Church in New Castle and Jackson Park Baptist Church in Muncie. He was the youngest deacon ordained within the Southern Baptist Convention in 1983.
