As a follow up to an old thread, "Myanmar just got it's first radio ham -- me!" from HSØZIB/XZ2A... http://forums.qrz.com/index.php?threads/myanmar-just-got-its-first-radio-ham-since-1962-me.604367/ … which I am not resurrected as a zombie thread...

ARRL News states that a Japanese ham has been licensed as XZ2B, as of January 12th, for up to 150 days.

He is limited to 20 - 300 MHz, CW only, and must operate with 20 kHz of the band edge.
