All I know that this is the bipolar transistor with built-in resistors. I'd like to know value of these resistors and hFE of transistor, so I can assemble an replacement.

This doesn't seem to be an easy part to find. I found the following information on

"The MPS2111 (Q3) is a PNP transistor which has an internal resistor network in its base-emitter circuit. These devices are sometimes called 'digital transistors' since they can be used as simple buffers or inverters without additional input components. The values of the series and shunt resistors are both 10K for this particular part."

At another place I found this circuit for a strobe light for a model rocket.

Between the two you should have enough information to sub a transistor and a couple of 10K resistors.

Thanks, I've seen that schematics at another place "Kodak max flash", but it had no info about it, thanks!

    MPS2111 PNP with 10K resistors

    The Resistors are 10K

    Maybe this will help you.

    Have a great day.
