The manual / schematic for the EX-241 does not exist on the Icom Global Support web page
    http://www.icom.co.jp/world/support/download/manual/index.php

HOWEVER, You need to ASK Icom Global Support to SCAN their paper schematics for your usage/repair.
Icom has fulfilled EVERY request that I have made -- via this route -- in the past. TRY IT -- YOU WILL LIKE IT !

Icom IC-241 is a marker generator option for the Icom IC-745 HF transceiver.
Page 26 and 27 of the IC-745 owner's manual outlines the installation of this option for the radio.

The ARRL Handbook has featured 100 KHz/25 kHz marker generators for a number of years. This should be very easy to adopt to your Icom radio!!

Here is the PC board layout and schematic from the ARRL.

FAR Circuits also features a PC board

Crystal calibrator that can use either a 1MHz, 2 MHz or 4 MHz reference crystal. The frequency output of 100, 50 or 25 KHz is switch selectable.
    The project uses two 7474s, a 7400, and a 7490 IC.

The VE3DNL Marker Generator -- was offered by the Norcal QRP Club
