    If you run digital modes on 7030....you might be a LID.

    Or you might be from a country that doesn't use the USA suggested bandplan.

    I'd have to look it up, but obviously you'd know; Is digital illegal on that freq?

    The band plans are suggestions. We are to use best practices, I have sent and received cw over the phone portion so my Elmer and I are both lids. BTW,
    Ohm's is a law.

    CW is king and is permitted and encouraged in the entire US HF Amateur bands.
