Vladimir UA0LCZ received a license for operation of the natural park "Moneron Island" Sakhalin Region in the period from 2 to 10 September 2015 callsign RI0F(IOTA. AS-149 RR-16-01) Team - 4 people. During this period, I will stick to the traditional frequency for my expeditions: 3507, 7007, 10107, 14017, 18077, 21017, 24897 and 28017. There are some limitations to visit the island Moneron. On Sakhalin take off on 1 September.
