Well it seems that my lifetime guarantee on the crystals in my various rockbound VHF and HF rigs will not be honored. I have at least 40 more years of life in me, but ICM announced on their home page they were going out of business. Have a look at https://www.icmfg.com/ and note this is a sad day for Ham Radio, and Radio in general. Nearly all the the crystals I own that are not FT-243 WWII surplus are from ICM, including in a few commercial radios. Who is still in the business of custom crystal grinding?
There are now something like 5 or 6 threads on this topic. You just started another one in another section - why do you need to run TWO threads on the same "old news" topic? Link: https://forums.qrz.com/index.php?threads/international-crystal-mfg-rip.559133/ If you're going to post in "News" you really should do your own searching to make sure you're not just rehashing what has been posted and discussed to death.
