    Well it seems that my lifetime guarantee on the crystals in my various rockbound VHF and HF rigs will not be honored. I have at least 40 more years of life in me, but ICM announced on their home page they were going out of business. Have a look at https://www.icmfg.com/ and note this is a sad day for Ham Radio, and Radio in general. Nearly all the the crystals I own that are not FT-243 WWII surplus are from ICM, including in a few commercial radios.

    Who is still in the business of custom crystal grinding?

    There are now something like 5 or 6 threads on this topic.

    You just started another one in another section - why do you need to run TWO threads on the same "old news" topic?

    If you're going to post in "News" you really should do your own searching to make sure you're not just rehashing what has been posted and discussed to death.
