How can the call sign R5CC be in the USSR? It doesn't exist now does it?

    Is it possible it's a reissued callsign originally issued when there was a USSR? Dunno how they do things over there.

    What really matters is,that you were entered into the contest.

    In university ,I had to get all 4.0 or the big let down happened.
    I look at my boss at work ,who graduated with a 2.3 at best and think....
    It's not what you know,it's who you..............mmmhummm
