    It was just announced up here in Alaska that the HAARP facility in Gakona, Alaska will have an open house on Sat and Sun Sept 27 and 28. Hours are noon to 5 pm. Members of the HAARP staff will be available to answer questions and discuss the facility.

    Note: The Open House is not mentioned on their webpage. Probably because of the short time frame involved. Any questions should be directed to them.
