    Thank you for taking the time to demonstrate . I love those radios . I am glad they are coming out with models that a specific for hams .

    12KHz wide digital sounds great. 6 Khz is really narrowing it a bit but the new decoder is pretty good. I prefer FM when they are DFQ into the repeater, if not, I'll prefer digital. Cant stand all that noise from a weak FM station.

    Basically, I've used them all I think, except for P25 and NXDN. Try Allstar - multiple codecs and an infinite combination of repeater and simplex arrangements are possible. In addition, telephone access to your radio station, IAXRPT remote PC control, and, even web transceiver capabilities.

    Once you hear ULAW on the air you'll feel relieved :)
