i have the same issue.
Looks like patience is still a virtue !! Working as usual this morning.
Here is what support sent me: "Thank you for your report. This is a system-wide issue that we are looking into. Our engineers are working hard to find a solution. We appreciate your help and your patience. Thanks for using QRZ."
