Good morning iam KE8LTF I am new to this community but excited to learn and meet new people. I have one question. I registered for dstar on web page said it was under review for approval. I never heard back I am curious how long takes? How do I check online if approval is granted.
Thank you for any help or advise on this matter.

Depends on who manages the system. Some process registration requests faster than others. Most will e-mail you once that has been done.

You can also use a site like this:

to check for your call sign on D-Star systems.

    Good luck, and 73!

Yes unfortunately the registration gateways do not send any notification to the sysop that someone has registered. On my d-star machine I put big bold print in the user agreement message to email me so that I know you registered. Most people do it, and I can approve the registrations quickly. If you can find an email for the owner of the system it would be good to reach out, because unless you tell them, or they check periodically (and most forget), they have no idea you signed up.

    Thank you sir.
Is there a way to cancel and register with new repeater if I get no response?

Give it a week or two, then email the sysop. Generally, it's better to register here rather than with some repeater: https://registration.dstargateway.org/Dstar.do

I just checked and your registration was approved about 15 minutes ago, so now you need to log back onto that system and pick up the registration process where you left off, with step 7 of the following instructions:

    Have fun!
