    Many people can not fit a full half-wavelength HF dipole antenna (Marconi) into their HOA or space restricted
    urban "city" residental lot. Shortened antennas are one solution to this situation.

    A number of commercial retail Buy Off the Rack solutions are available (Alpha-Delta DX-xx, G5RV, Unadilla, W3DZZ, etc.)
    Luiz Lopes wrote a good article for the DIY Builder, who is handy with materials and an electronic calculator for building their own antenna solution.
