    Command Technologies Commander HF-1250 Amplifier

It does have 10 mtr. enabled

It is totally reliable and has been a work-horse of an amp. This has a single Eimac 3cx800 tube and it effortlessly puts out 1200 (+) watts PEP SSB and 800 watts key down on CW. Picture shows this amplifier transmitting briefly at 1100 watts RMS on CW (w 40 watts drive). I normally run it around 600 out on CW and 1KW on SSB.

This amplifier has the same power supply (see transformer in picture) as its big brother, the HF-2500 amp which uses a pair of tubes. This means you have a bullet proof power supply. Also this amplifier comes standard with the WARC bands so you have a good SWR match with your transceiver when operating on the 12 and 17 meter bands. (the HF-2500 does not have the WARC bandswitch positions.)

    Comes with the manual.
    I prefer local pickup.
HF-1250 amps are rare. Be sure to go to Eham and check the reviews. You don't often see them come up for sale.
