Went to the BARS hamfest in Lawrenceburg KY yesterday - beautiful day for a hamfest! The morning started out pleasantly cool, though it got pretty warm later. I set up outside in the flea market area, and there was a steady stream of people all morning. The outside flea market was about the largest I've seen it - the nice weather no doubt contributing. Sales seem to overall have been good - I sold a lot of small stuff, but I saw some fairly large items leaving. There was a good selection of radio gear, not much computer stuff, and the odd items which help to make hamfests fun. The food was good - as always! A very enjoyable hamfest, not the largest but well attended and active! I will definitely be back next year! Terry KB4SOG
