in the NEW dmr radio by TYT Tytera for error inside the pack there is a WRONG cable ( wiht chip inside ) ...if you used this wrong cable you cannot program with the computer your new radio ! The normal and correct cable is a DIRECT cable jack to usb port .... and NOT have inside any chip or driver . 73 de IW2BSF - Rudy here a photo of this warning in a facebook group ( Retevis radio not have this problem ! )
