The schedule/time restricts it's use to Hams in India, Indonesia and a little time for Brazil.
It might as well have been placed in geo-stationary orbit.

I tried Falconsat3 today..... for the first time (found WD9EWK/Patrick's guide) .

    Did not receive any of my packets but got ... PFS3-11? , PFS3-12? , and a third PFS3-1? (on my TH-d72) .

Is Falconsat on a schedule ( currently off )?
    Has anyone used it lately?

Lots of those other call signs come down from the onboard mailbox/BBS system. Oftentimes you won't see your own packets being retransmitted, since that happens faster than the HT's TNC is able to handle. It should be on 24/7.

Thanks for the feedback... I'll see what happens with a second HT set up to receive packets

you can see almost everything if you hook up a cell phone with APRSdroid app to your D72.

there are instructions on QRZ here somewhere, plus "out there" on the web

Can do it with the D74 (receive/ bluetooth) but not the D72.... don't have the req. cables/connectors
