    Response to her June 24th comments...

    Ria, you make some great points about "parity", but many of us are weary of the tired old argument that says, "you must comply with the HOA antenna restrictions, because you entered into the CCR agreement of your own free will." The reality: if on closing day the prospective homeowner declines to sign onto the CCRs, they will not be permitted to take ownership. What kind of "contract" is that?
