    Been a ham here in Washington state for over 15 years, never heard of communications academy.
    I smell something fishy here, are they advertising to promote there endeavor?

    Yes I am, I am the ECS of my stake, and have worked with the local ARES, OEM and CERT among others Never heard of COMM ACADAMY, must be a west side group, good to see new emergency communications people popping up, best of luck.

    Keep up the good work and you soon will be known through out the State.
