The Natural Reserve of Formigas (translates as "Ants") Islets is located 33 nautical miles from the southeastern tip of São Miguel island and 20 nautical miles from the northeastern tip of Santa Maria island, constituting a remarkable natural resource and a real nest for many species with a total length of 52,393 ha. Marco CU7BC, Bruno CS8ABG and Paulo CU2CO will be, in collaboration with the Portuguese Navy, on the air from 8am to 7pm UTC, June 29th, as CQ8F.
