Tamitha, great report as usual. You are absolutely correct about space weather and its effects on emergency communications and no one but you reporting on it. These meteorologists not reporting on it is no surprise because all of them take for granted their cell phones and internet service and probably look at Ham radio as antiquated. In the end we all know that radio works without all that infrastructure. Hams know where to go for all their weather and we are grateful to have you out there! Thank you.
I love watching your reports. It’s so relevant in regards to the conditions here on our planet. This last event which the perfect storm happened, should be a well publicized event by the media as a warning as to what can happen in a natural disaster as far as communications go.
