This is cool but please explain a little bit about the shark and how it can allow digital radio connections. I am particularly interested in connecting to Dstar reflectors or repeaters over the mesh.

The SharkRF is a digital hotspot that allows DMR/DSTAR and YSF connections. It is basically a "micro-repeater" that is connected to your home network, and allows you to access those respective digital voice networks, for those folks who don't have repeaters near them.
