Rajesh, a similar overhauling of HR regulations in the USA led to a huge expansion of the hobby. Removing the security clearance and simplifying the exam process will hopefully do the same thing for India.

Congratulations on your successful demonstration. Have you considered promoting some of the inexpensive RTL-SDR dongles? https://www.rtl-sdr.com/buy-rtl-sdr-dvb-t-dongles/
A few hours with some readily available materials and some simple instruction and you can have students building their own satellite RX antennas.

 

Dear Charles KC2SST many thanks for your compliments and suggestions. Yes, whenever target students are engineering or diploma I encourage them to use cheap sdr dongle for multiple experiment including, ISS SSTV, monitoring amateur satellite communication, Listening Amateur & Air band, receiving weather images etc. That's proved very good start for them to jump into our hobby even without having licence!
