    Hey there!

    Sometimes, I get 403 (forbidden) in response to a GET request for the callsign URL. I'll make a request like this:

    Code:
    http://xmldata.qrz.com/xml/current/?s=MySessionKeyHere;callsign=K7ZCZ

    and the response is 403 Forbidden with this body:

    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
    <html><head>
    <title>403 Forbidden</title>
    </head><body>
    <h1>Forbidden</h1>
    <p>You don't have permission to access /xml/current/
    on this server.</p>
    <hr>
    <address>Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at xmldata.qrz.com Port 80</address>
    </body></html>

    Am I being throttled? Is there some other problem? I don't see any HTTP error codes documented in the specification, so I'm not sure why I'd be forbidden. If I try again, the next request works.

    Thanks!
