They all claim that, it's due to the duty cycle they use, which is useless in our application. I am using 2 1.8K LDMOSs for my HF/6M amp, just to make it last longer than I will. Ed
Nope. It's just their teaser. When the 1.8Ks were out as samples, they were about $300. I would expect similar. I have 6 of the 1.8Ks. Ed
