    Good for a CW amp.

If I didn't already have my 1.8Ks I might try them.
    Why only CW?

Can't see that any specs are available. They claim it can take SWR of 65:1.

They all claim that, it's due to the duty cycle they use, which is useless in our application.
I am using 2 1.8K LDMOSs for my HF/6M amp, just to make it last longer than I will.

Nope. It's just their teaser. When the 1.8Ks were out as samples, they were about $300. I would expect similar.
    I have 6 of the 1.8Ks.

My MRFE6VP61K25H amp (1.2kw) chip is chugging along fine after 3 years. I keep the power down to just below 1kw to keep the IMD low.
