I have heard and seen many people that would say that Ham Radio Clubs are Dying. Do you think that way too? If your Clubs is slowly withering away like mine is, here are some tips to help keep it from fading into nonexistence.

Excellent presentation. From all the points you made, bottom line, it will take a lot of effort. I don't belong to a club myself, but my suggestion is COOK SOMETHING at the meetings. Make a BBQ...whatever. Also, don't keep conversation only about ham radio. Just my 2 cents.
