Joklahr Keller, WD8JPF SK SK June 23, 2017 Joklahr Keller, 95, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away at 8:27 a.m. Friday, June 23, 2017, at State of the Heart Hospice Care Center, in Greenville. Joklahr was born January 11, 1922, in Darke County to the late John Harrison and Nellie Grace (Hampshire) Keller. He is survived by his children: Eleanor L. and John Randolph Jr., of Miamisburg; Kay and Ray Pierce, of Greenwood, South Carolina; Mike Keller, of Greenwood, and Lisa and Dennis Jones, of Greenwood; step children: Gary and Connie Bruner, of Greenville, and Kathy and Robert Dull, of Englewood; 15 grandchildren; five step grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 12 step great- grandchildren and two step great-great grandchildren. Joklahr was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Louise (Brumbaugh) Keller, November 2, 2016, whom he married April 16, 1971, and grandson Chris Sanders, in 2012. Joklahr retired from Local #82 Electrical Union, in Dayton, where he was an electrician for 24 years. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, in Greenville; Emmaus Walk #17, in Greenville; Local #82 Electrical Union, in Dayton and Treaty City Amateur Radio Association, call sign WD8JPF. A funeral service will take place 1 p.m., Thursday, June 29, 2017, at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, in Greenville, with Pastor Peter Menke officiating. Burial will follow in Stelvideo Cemetery, in Stelvideo. The family will receive friends Thursday, noon to 1 p.m., at the funeral home.
