Error uploading

Error uploading :sorry,but a zero lengt file was uploaded (code 228)
What is this for a Error and How do I fix this

 

It sounds like the file is missing.

You may want to try uploading the file from a different local/directory location.

Are you a XML Subscriber ?

I am getting the same message today. I cannot upload my contacts because it says "zero length" error. I have tried different things even rebooting the computer. The same file uploads to ClubLog and LOTW with no problem. Something is up with QRZ.

Sorry I have not shared by another hd the file, but the error is still present until recently is all gone.

 

file is not missing, theres an issue sadly here
like others my file uploads elsewhere & I can view it on n1mm etc

 

My mistake for the wording. The file is missing Data is what I was meaning.

Virus protection can cause problems with file location, and port blocking of data transfer.

Cannot upload to LotW

 

It could be a server problem.

 

I'm sure it can
QRZCQ & LOTW had no issues
so I have to believe its here
why hasnt someone looked into the problem instead of everyone pointing fingers I must ask

any who its working properly now
appalling to see folks pointing fingers, if only one person had the problem than I'd say yes
but there was several

 

I can't upload any logs to my QRZ account either, been like this for about 24 hours, I just wish QRZ would acknowledge the issue and give us a time frame.

 

It looks like they may be working on it now.

Having problems today uploading a file to LOTW, password error? what? I can download, but not upload.?

I Exported the ADIF file and imported that direct to LOTW and the information is days out of date.

Error occured while signing log records.
The password you provided is not a match for the LoTW Certificate/Key.0 records successfully sent to LoTW.

Edit, 20 mins later, just for the heck of it;
Strange, I got it to upload by using No password, just hit the enter button

 

I would wait a bit.

I think they are working on fixing it.

here is the error p[roblem there no trusted tqsl8 format in the the qrz file lotw needs this file format to access lotw log
somewhere when qrz change their method way of transferring your log to lotw they took out tghe tqsl8 format they have to put it back
