I'm sorry, that's what I meant. I was able to buy a tool from Powerwerx for this but I haven't tried it yet.

 

I have also used a small zip tie to keep the two from sliding around. I run it through the hole and put the zip head between the the two wires at the back. When I need to split I just cut the zip.

You have a great touch and handle your tools well. You should be at a vocational school somewhere, if a kid was listening he could go far with your instruction.

Where did you get these ideas?

-Genuine PP's are silver plated. They don't oxidize differently than the silver contacts in other connectors and switches in our radios. How did Heathkit (or any other manufacturer) manage to make their switches work, and still work 70-80 years later?

 

Where? Personal use ... Gordon West WB6NOA, too. Try it yourself: Plug a pair together and leave it alone for a couple months.

 

But are they genuine? See the pic I posted on the first page.

 

I've had some together for a couple of years. Still perfect, as I expected.

 

Mark - Just inquisitive: Is that installation a mobile setup? Home? Portable?

 

Take a look at a portable AED sometime. The connections between the battery and the main unit are usually power poles.

 

Both (meaning multiple connections in multiple applications).
