From time to time I see on PSK-31, for instance, how a station comes back to me with my first name--VERY QUICKLY--and I have wondered how he/she does that... Is there a look-up on www.qrz.com, somehow, that grabs someone's first name--very quickly--and comes back to me saying Hello Carter, for example. I would like to be able to do that myself.
I am running a FLEX-1500, with a small amplifier, to an 80-meter loop, up about 40 feet in the trees behind my house. My Toshiba Satellite 205 laptop runs Windows 7. I use Mix-W on digital modes. Maybe there is some sort of menu item on Mix-W that I can set???
Any help, please?

Hello All having problems entering new contacts into my QRZ logbook, I go to the new contact window in top left corner add contact press the button and absolutely nothing happens I cannot even confirm contacts. I have had no issues with the other contacts that I have previously added but cannot seem to add anymore am I doing something incorrectly please help.

I am having difficulty trying to enter data into my QRZ logbook. It is so slow that it keeps dropping out for the past 5 - 6 hours. This is certainly not the first time this happens. I have checked the download speed to my PC and it is certainly not that. Fortunately I keep a paper log as well. But the dropping out scenario is certainly disappointing as well as annoying.
