in open forums I would like to post and up pops a thing saying sorry not alowwed to post here. then on other threads its ok. whats up with that? I have looked for a TOS guild lines as to what to do or a modrator list to pm some one. but that I also can't find so if some body could exsplain to me were i can and cant post and why and what the rules and terms of service are. i would be most greatfull.
