U.S. updates occur when servers here get FCC updates. I just checked and your address att FCC ULS site is still the old one. Check it out here:

Yeah, I see a print date on the reference copy of your ticket of 27 June 2006 but the address on it is the same one on qrz.com that was effective in 2004.

Go back and double check you've dotted all your I's and crossed the T's on the ULS. I used to think the ULS was so easy to use, but the past two times I used it to change address, I screwed it up. So it's easier to make errors than I first thought.

If you have trouble with it, FCC has a technical support request submission link on the ULS site. I used it and got a prompt, courteous and most important CORRECT response.
