The ARRL has (or used to have) a Ham-related Spanish tape called Hola CQ. Check their website or see if you can find a copy.

If you are doing this for you in general, fine. If you think you need it to talk to DX stations on HF, you're wrong. In my 17 years on HF, I have found that 99% of all DX speak English, and speak it better than I do in some cases. Just a word in case you think you have to have it to work DX on HF.
Also, ECHOLINK is NOOOOT amateur radio!

Or, you can visit Tiajuana or Juarez
Or New Mexico.
By the way (seriously) there are some Spanish language courses on the web. Beginning Spanish (http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Thebes/6177/)
Not aimed at ham radio but it helps.
There are very few times I have run across DX Spanish speaking stations that can't QSO in at least limited English. Enough for a contact, anyway. I do hear Mexican stations here on 40 meters but they aren't in the US phone band anyway, so can't talk to them.
I encourage you, though. It is always nice to meet someone of another culture and be able to speak thir language.
