Since this is an un-modified, type-acceptance, Good Buddy transceiver, shouldn't it be listed in the - Stuff For Sale - General Merchandise area?
To my understanding, US amateurs are not allowed to talk on amateur frequencies with modified, type-acceptance gear after a certain date. I may be wrong and have been before. If I am, I withdraw my question.
If it's being sold as a am/usb/lsb Class D CB rig, the same should apply....Stuff For Sale - General Merchandise, but if it works, that's a great price
