Hello fellow Amateurs

I am fixing to purchase the TS-2000 and RC-2000 and was wondering if anyone could tell me the height and width dimensions of the Remote face plate?

Thank you

I have both. The RC-2000 control unit is 5-1/2"W x 2-3/8"H. With the mount mine is about 3-1/4"H (off the dash). I like the setup but it took me a while to learn how to access a lot of Fn's.

Good luck...GREAT RIG!!!!

Good morning Carl..
Thank you so much for your reply. It is smaller than I had thought it would be. I have heard it is the same remote as the one's for the TM-D700 and the TM-V708A is this correct? I also heard that some of the functions vary with the remote on some of these radios.
What are your thought?

It's exactly the same as the tmd-700a in fact they are interchangeable. I have 2 d-700's and have a b-2000 mounted in my f-150 w/the remote head. I love them all. Also have a ts-2000 in the shack and the thd7(ag). What a joy it is to operate them all. Faceplate r/c head is about 5 1/4"x 2 1/2".
