I'm sorry to hear that at about 0930 Saturday April, 8, 2006
We lost our dear friend Steve.
I first met him on the air a few years ago, and he attended our
last years field day event. He was so worried about getting in the way, and the trouble of everyone having to push him around in his wheel chair.
I tried to explain that it was no bother, and we really did enjoy sharing our field day.
He had a accident and fell at his home last week, sustained a head injury that caused a series of strokes..
We will miss your inquisitive mind,
and that you were always a joyful person to be around,
You were one of those people that when you showed up
the world seemed a little better.
field day was always a little brighter when you were here..
