Quote[/b] ]WASHINGTON - U.S. Capitol Police on Monday asked a federal prosecutor to approve an arrest warrant for Rep. Cynthia McKinney after she tangled with a uniformed officer last week.
Quote[/b] ]McKinney, 51, scuffled with a police officer on March 29 when she entered a House office building without her identifying lapel pin and did not stop when asked.
Rep or Dem -- no matter who you are, this one is going to be fun to watch.

If I swung on a LEO I would be arrested and immediately taken to jail. (and rightly so) I'm tired of our legislators thinking that they can get away with anything. Even more so the in your face blatant ones. Yes, this will be fun to watch, race card and all.
Quote[/b] ]At a press conference Friday, she and her lawyers declared that she was a victim of inappropriate touching and racism and said they were considering pursuing civil action against the officer.
Her supporters tried to minimize the incident — which they called political, not criminal — but they also suggested it was an example of racial profiling. They called publicity surrounding the episode a distraction that is being used by "her enemies" to keep the congresswoman from performing her elected duties.
Shheshhhh.........
Quote[/b] ]The Rev. Reverend Darrell D. Elligan, president of Concerned Black Clergy, called McKinney competent, courageous and committed.
Apparently she's about to be committed alright.

Well, once again the New York City Council is pushing to abolish the DPL parking priveliges. This should cause a stir at the UN and the NYPD would have fun generating tons of parking revenue IF it ever passes. I doubt it, every few years it comes up and quietly dies just like the UN sanctions against Israel.
"One size fits all criminals."

As I have heard a few police friends say:
"You can run, you'll only go to jail tired."

And just who would those enemies be? Tony Llama...Richard Simmons?
Looks to me like she's been way too close to the table for too long. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif
