I am thinking this is the beginning of the end for both long time standing political parties. #The illegal immigration issue might be the, "nail in the coffin" in the next 8 - 12 years for them... #Maybe even sooner.
Think the American people are getting fed up with the propoganda from both sides?
Who knows for sure, but I can bet that sentiment is growing...
I know I am...
As I've stated in another thread, this is a non-issue. It's what happens when the head of your party is messing up your chances for re-election. There's nothing to lose, you haven't got a chance in heck and... wait, there's got to be a way to get free press hasn't there? What about illegal aliens? Let's declare them felons, then we'll give them a chance to stay. This way the immigrants will not be looked at as pawns, business will love us since we'll legalize them and the Dems will knee-jerk over it and look really powerless. When the immigrants become citizens, they and their children will vote for us too. We'll get a lot of time on TV and we'll talk about what we're going to do and how we're going to do it...
This has been going on for decades. It will not be fixed in 6 or 7 months.
The Republicans have hedged their bets and said they will not act on it until after election day.
Non-issue.
There are other parties running for office.
Green, Libertarian, etc...
All the American people need to do is actually study the candidates rather than voting the party line.

You are kidding right? Last election I actually did study up on these folks and was absolutely impressed with the freedoms America actually has. What other country would let this class of idiot run for the highest office in the Nation. (Then I looked at the green, and lib, etc parties) http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

I think that most of us would support a 3rd party, if for nothing else than to give us another choice. Sadly I believe that the two major parties have all the money and power sewed up between them.

FO-ZIZZLE! Or was that fizzle? Any third party candidate only draws votes from the opponent of the favored nominee, remember H. Ross Perot? Lots of fools voted for that charasmatic Socialist and just look who we got!
Yeah yeah, kick the immigrants out, a political futbol already commented on by Carlos Mencia. "Send the beaners back and your economy will co-laaaapse main!" This guy is funny but the topic is sick, the government corrupt and the nation in decline. We don't need new laws, enforce the ones we have. We don't need a third party, kick the bastards out and fix the ones we have. The Aussies can do it at any time, no waiting in line, it keeps them on thier toes.
