I found the following information on a page at qsl.net. #Nikola Tesla's 150th birthday will be celebrated on July 10.

01/01/2006: #CROATIA - HONORING NIKOLA TESLA - 9A15ØNT

During 2006, Croatian Amateur Radio Association will celebrate the 150th anniversary of the birth of the great inventor and scientist Nikola Tesla, who was born near Gospic in Croatia, on 10 July 1856. Consequently, a station with callsign 9A150NT (9A hundred fifty NT) will be active (all bands, all modes) from Croatia during the whole of 2006. It is of interest to note that, the station signing 9A150NT will be active each month from a different Croatian county. Also, the Croatian Amateur Radio Association will issue a special event "Nikola Tesla Award", commemorating that anniversary. 9A150NT via 9A6AA. Everything concerning this special call sign (approximately operating schedule) as well concerning the Nikola Tesla Award can be found on the following web page: http://www.inet.hr/9a6aa/9a150nt . Note: Contacts with 9A150NT will also be valid for the Worked 9A Counties Award. [Tnx 9A6AA]

I made Nikola Tesla an area of special study when I was attending electronics trade school. The papers I wrote earned me extra credit in some of my classes.

To this day, I still find it amazing how few people know just how important Tesla was to society, and that many people still think Marconi invented radio. Even if Tesla hadn't invented the basic building blocks of radio, Fessenden still would have preceeded Marconi.

Thanks Paul, I didn't realize that they were moving to different counties each month. I worked 9A150NT on Feb 18th on 20 meters, and have heard them several other times on 20, but didn't try to reach them a second or third time.

Why try for more than 1 DX contact on the same band to the same callsign ?

But, if they are moving around thats a different story.
Have to check out the website.

Thanx again,
