Probably the biggest question with on line buying from anyone is "will you get the goods after they get the payment." Typically payment is sent before the goods are shipped since we tend to trust folks with a ham call. This gives dishonest folks the perfect opportunity to rip you off. An eyeball QSO is ovbiously the best way but tough when the distance is across the country. One suggested method that is used on ebay and apparently available to everyone is to use an escrow agent who holds the payment until the goods are delivered and the condition verified. Then and only then is the payment released to the seller. While an escrow agent is certainly better that total blind trust there is one potential problem when using an escrow agent, the buyer damages the product and then demands the payment back. Given that here's the web address, www.escrow.com
