Was the lady lawyer just stupid to coach witnesses in the Moussaoui case or did she do it with the intention #of getting the death penalty thrown out?? #As much as I hate to see it happen, the judge's ruling shows the Arab world how the rule of law should work in a democracy.

From what I understand, this attorney was not part of the Prosecution team. #That may have some bearing on the Judge's decision.

Didn't this nice fellow already plead guilty?
In such cases, why do we not just shoot him on the spot and charge his family for the bullet?

The only way I would agree with you is if they did it in such a way as to require quite a few shots over a period of time to do the job.

I'm sooooo sick of our "Criminal Justice" system, where the only ones who get any justice are criminals.
