Hi David,
I'd suggest a tube type rig..... it might help to warm a garage in South Dakota. GRIN .. We used to visit Our Daughter in Rapid City during Christmas break.... and every day was cold.... I retired from public education (High School) and it seems that I have less time to "play" radio now than when I was working.
