Forum ID vs Call Sign Update ID [Archive]

I thought I knew my id and password to change my call sign information but when I put it in I ended up here in the forum. #When I tried again it said I must use my call sign ID to change my information but I don't have one and when I tried to create on it said my email address was already used. #Yes, for this.

How do I get a ID set up with my call sign so I can change that information?

Email to : Editor@qrz.com and in the subject line put callsign, otherwise their email spam filters will dump it.
