Now if that isn't something right out of Get Smart! (I always loved the one where Hymie is hiding in the grandfather clock! )

The transmitting rock has nothing on the transmitting Russian Orlan space suit.
It is to be called "SuitSat'. I kid you not. #Its call sign will be RSORS, and it will transmit on 145.990 Mhz, so you can listen for it with 2-Meter equipment. #Please do not transmit on the suit's frequency.

You may not know it but for every transmitting rock there are several receiving palm trees. Oops the receivers might be classified.
w2ilp (Inconspicuous Listening Palms)...and palm line readers.

"You may not know it but for every transmitting rock..."
The mystery of the numbers stations solved!
"...there are several receiving palm trees."
Aeronautical mobile... palm pilots?
"I'm waiting for them to discover repeater rocks."
That's exactly what the Russians discovered.
"I don't think it's going to be on Echolink."
Not without a really long telephone wire.
You'd think N1IR would've had something to say about this bit of antiquated spyware? If this were really a numbers station, it wouldn't have gotten cracked in the first place. So much for 21st Century Tech.

OT - Suitsat info can be found at the amsat.org website.
If a rolling rock gathers no moss, I guess a stationary one gathers intelligence.
