I got 19 the first try but had to look up the proper spelling of a particular word. With a few hints in the thread on the other board I got all but two.

I think this was originally developed in South Africa (from #30). This definitely uses terminology unfamiliar to most of us in the USA (#6, #31), and the original #16 was "100C in a R", where "R" represented "Rand".
