e-Bay id: wizz5500 aka Frank Wisowaty
Beware of this person. He is refusing to refund money in the amount of $590.00 U.S.. I received 3- Kenwood Uhf rigs, two were damaged. Items were returned and have not heard or seen any money yet.
He made a fatal mistake by asking me to falsify and modify the shipping container so United Parcel Service would not deny his claim. He sent three separate e-mails that show his intent of trying to defraud the insurance carrier.
I maintain four Federal Communications Commission Licenses and will not jeopardize them, so I reported him to the FBI and the Boonton, New Jersey Police Department.
e-Bay has been very encouraging and participating with the authorities in resolving this matter. Insurance fraud over the internet is a Federal offense.
I told him that I could make this all go away but his arrogance and non-compliance sealed his fate.
I am retired and my carpenter pension is small and I don't take shi* off anybody, especially from a punk from New Jersey. I will get my money back, and he will be prosecuted over a measly $590.00. This shows how intelligent this man is and really makes his integrity extremely questionable.
And guess what? He has one of the highest e-Bay feedback ratings....so much for feedback ratings.
I am now convinced that feedback ratings are not worth the paper they are written on.

NEVER USE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH PAY PAL, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT RE-IMBURSE YOU IF YOU USE PAY PAL. This was told to me by the San Francisco Police Department (Hi-Tech Crime Division) .
