I just had a protracted dealing with JT on a 706. #UPS lost the package after claiming to have delivered it to me. #JT contacted UPS and worked with me. #Turned out UPS did deliver, 5 doors down. #Got the radio and FB dealing with JT.

And Roman, W8TUZ, is a very fair and patient buyer. This was my first major screw up with UPS in probably six years but it was resolved relatively promptly given the holiday rush.
Thanks for your patience Roman and enjoy the rig, I miss it already.
