Dunno Dude, the Link works for me. Do you The Flash Media Player Installed on your computer?
If you do and the link will not work then copy and paste this URL into your browser's address line and let it rip.

That is in incredibly poor taste and contains absolutely zero humor...
If you experience humor in that cartoon, you have insecure self-esteem that is irrationally bolstered by making fun of a stereotyped class of disadvantaged people.

It worked for me, but took 3 tries. I think EP's firewall may block anything that refers to cooking possum. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

I thought it could have been done in a better sense of humor.
as it was, it was not funny at all, but rather stupid, attempted to think one is funny.

I watched the first 10 secs or so then clicked on the little red [X] in the upper right corner. #
not funny
Sad....... very sad, but it is how the rest of the country perceives those of us who live in the southeastern US. I am very disappointed that AL2I didn't really blast Greg for this one.
Hope everyone had a fine Christmas and Boxing Day anyway.

They are confusing rednecks with white trash. You can be a redneck and be white trash ,but it isn't necessary.
An individual can live in a $500,000.00 house and still be a redneck.
The two are not mutually exclusive. Redneck is more a state of mind and I am not normally one but can rise to the occasion when antagonized.
It's in my genetics makeup. The smart play is to not piss off a redneck unless you are willing to follow through, because he or she is.
And that Charlie Brown is what being a redneck is all about.
LAME, Offensive Flash presentation. Where do you find this garbage, KWW?

From a former resident of the SE, who many may classify as a redneck, I see this as an insipid attempt at humor, slipped onto this board by someone who evidently has little to do other than use google and yahoo to find links to post and raise the post-per-day average, like it is a contest for Most Valuable Poster.
If one were to change the wording to ANY other ethnic group, religious organization or sexual orientation, they would be bounced by the hall monitors.
But the poor ole redneck just smiles and shrugs it off as another uninformed person trying to make a name from the works of others.
And, no, I'm not upset. #IF I were upset, I would have PM'ed the poster and taken a direct flame. #
There can be no greater friend than a good, practicing redneck. #Have a problem with your car, a redneck will give you a lift or help fix it. #Need somebody to watch the house while you're on a trip--get a redneck, we might even mow the grass for you. #Hungry? A redneck will split his lunch, etc. etc.

While I'll agree that it's in poor taste, it's really little different from what Messrs. Cable Guy, Engvall, Foxworthy, and White have performed on their "Blue Collar Comedy Tour."

I didn't see any "disadvantaged" person in that clip. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

I'm part French and Irish, French are continually being bashed here, Irish elsewhere, hell I've done it myself. Alot of my attitudes are "redneckish", I was raised that way.
But if you are offended by this, maybe you need a bit thicker skin. Granted it was not funny, in fact pretty stupid, too stupid to be offensive.

A redneck is supposed to be a guy who is a farmer. This is why: -
If you are an affluent sun bather at the beaches or pools you might get red all over; not just your neck. If you are an office worker, doctor, teacher or lawyer you are not likely to get reddened buy the sun and wouldn't have any red neck. Thus the guy in overalls who plows the fields is a literal "redNecK' because his neck get exposed to the sun outdoors while the rest of his body may be covered up. If he wears a hat it might protect his face and not his neck from the sun's ray. BUT
"red neck" is now often used to describe what used to be a "yokel" or a "hick", although nobody need be a yokel or hick in this Information Age where location does not limit communication or education. A red neck was the opposite of a "city slicker". I think that the definition no longer holds the way it once was supposed to hold. It is derogatory to believe that anyone is intrinsically better than a modern farmer or a person that does not live in a big city.
w2ilp (I Like People)..even neckers and petters who ain't got no petter files.

Actually, the story I have heard is that during the mine wars of the 1910s, the miners wanting to join the union tied red bandanas around their necks before they marched against the U. S. Army in the Battle of Blair Mountain.
This was so they could see each other in the thick forest that was common on the mountain. Sort of like the orange hunters wear now.
