***UPDATED 12/17/05 I got my money back thru PayPal. No response from this ^%&%*&*^ yet. As far as I'm concerned, he IS a crook, until he makes good on all refunds and publicly apologizes to all involved. E-Bay has kicked him off!!!!!!***

He got me for $126.00 for a VX-170. (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5830723355&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1) He CLAIMS his drop shipper ran off with the money, but he doesn't bother to return e-mails after stating that refunds would be forthcoming.
The following is an e-mail sent to me by another operator whom he ripped off.
